After the initial struggle, we had a wonderful stay. It's a lovely apartment. I just think the cleaning fee is excessive. For us it was a problem to find the apartment as we didn't know it was part of the Fountains Hotel. The concierge also didn't know exactly where we could park the car. That's why it took an unnecessarily long time to finally get into the apartment. We couldn't use DStv or Netflix, but at least we could watch something on YouTube.
