Description
Suiderstrand Beach House & Flat is a spacious self-catering holiday retreat located just 150 m from the beach. Overlooking the sparkling blue waters, this home is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal escape. Nestled within a tranquil Nature Reserve, it’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life and is load-shedding friendly with a reliable solar battery system.
The property can accommodate up to 16 guests and consists of 5 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, as well as inviting living and dining areas.
The main bedroom is divided into 2 sleeping areas: one side has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, while the other side features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and their en-suite bathrooms with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The upstairs kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A separate scullery houses a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
Guests can enjoy meals around a central dining table or gather at the indoor braai area with a bar. The space flows into a cosy lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV offering DStv Premium and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The lounge opens onto a wooden deck at the back of the house, where guests can relax in the outdoor seating area, enjoy the heated swimming pool, or make use of the freestanding braai.
Downstairs offers even more entertainment with a Smart TV, table tennis, foosball, fingerboard, and chessboard. The kitchenette downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and basic cutlery and crockery, as well as an additional dishwasher for convenience.
