The host does live on the property in a separate unit.
A maximum of 6 guests is permitted, as listed, and no unregistered overnight guests are allowed, as the property respects quiet neighbours.
No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.
Guests are advised that the swimming pool does not have a safety net.
Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 5 m of the property.
Any damages must be reported to the host.
Secure parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars.
Cleaning services during the stay are available on request at R250.00 per day, payable directly to the cleaner prior to cleaning.
