Description
Sunbird House is a spacious self-catering house located near Jeffreys Bay. Close to Marina Martinique, the house is a few minutes walk to Aston Bay Beach. The house boasts a balcony with lovely views and is ideal for guests seeking a tranquil getaway.
The house can accommodate 15 guests and comprises of 5 bedrooms and a teenage pad. The main bedroom contains 2 double beds, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and bath. There is a door between the room and the bathroom, to ensure privacy in this room, whilst other guests can still make use of the bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds, whilst the fourth and fifth bedrooms have queen-size beds. The second bathroom is shared and is fitted with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Bath towels are available for use by guests.
The teenage pad consists of 2 single beds, a bathroom (shower, basin, toilet), a small sitting area with smart TV and kitchenette with fridge. This space has a seperate entrance and can also be accessed from the garage.
The main bedroom has an external door leading to the front patio.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a water filtration system, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso machine. For your cooking needs there is a stove, oven, toaster, air fryer and microwave, as well as pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer is also available for guests to use. The house is well stocked with spices, sauces and cleaning products. To round the kitchen off there are three counter stools at the island.
The dining room has seating for 8 people and the lounge features a lounge suite, a daybed (can be used as single sleeper couch) and a flat-screen TV.
The front patio has another 8 seater table, with a built-in braai under roof. This area is sheltered from the wind.
Wooden doors in the open-plan living/dining area lead to a balcony overlooking the mountains.
Free Wi-Fi is provided and all TV's have Netflix. If guests want to watch DStv they must use their own login details.
