House Rules
Although no breakage deposit is charged, guests may be billed for any damage or if house rules are not followed.
This establishment is not suitable for parties and may not be used as a venue for any functions.
An additional cleaning fee of R150.00 applies.
Guests must be considerate of neighbours and avoid making noise after 22:00.
Only the number of guests indicated in the original booking may stay on the premises. No additional guests or day visitors are allowed.
If guests behave in a manner that is unacceptable or use the property for purposes other than agreed, they may be asked to vacate the premises.
Cleaning services during the stay can be arranged at an additional cost—quotes are available on request.
The house must be left in the same condition as it was received. If special cleaning is required, additional charges may apply.
Guests must bring their own swimming and beach towels.
Guests should also bring their own cleaning detergents, toiletries, firewood, and food.
