Uiters onaangenaam. Nee, plek is klein, badkamer so klein 70cm x 1.2m met 'n kassie oor wasbak dat jy dit glad nie kan gebruik. Geen gemaklike stoele nie, slegs 1 klipharse regop sitbankie. Gevra om te kanselleer, hulle weier. Fotos is misleidend. Gewone 1 slaapkamer woonstel op 3de vloer sonder hysbak. Trappe verweer. Konstruksiewerkers skree vir mekaar. Parkering oop, skudnet gehawend.
