All visitors to Highlands Springs Country Estate enter at their own risk. The trustees and members of the Body Corporate accept no liability for any injury, death, or damage to property from any cause. The estate is a residential and working farm. Farm animals and equipment can be dangerous. Visitors should also be aware of poisonous snakes and other wildlife.
Dogs may be off-leash inside the holiday home’s fenced area.
Dogs may not be left unattended in the home. Guests must lock the home and leave the dogs outside when not present. Owners are responsible for any damage caused.
Dogs may be walked on estate grounds, but must be on leash. Off-leash walking outside the fenced area is at the guest’s own risk.
Pets must be treated for fleas and have up-to-date vaccinations before arrival.
Blankets and throws are provided to protect furniture from pets. Guests should keep these in place and provide their pets with their own bedding, blankets, and water bowls. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning costs if furniture or bedding is soiled.
Owners must clean up after their pets. A poop scoop with bags is available under the carport.
Guests should be aware of poisonous snakes, such as the Rinkhals, which occasionally occur on the Highveld. Dogs should be kept on a leash or confined for their safety.
Guests bring pets at their own risk. The estate is not responsible for parasites, illnesses, or injuries pets may acquire while on the property.
