Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate.

Please be aware that the swimming pools at the estate do not have safety features. Use of the swimming pools and associated amenities is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of young guests, please note that no guests under the age of 25 are permitted without parental or adult supervision.

There are 2 staff members on-site: Linda, the housekeeper and the gardener. A compulsory daily staff tip of R80.00 per staff member applies. This includes the day of arrival and departure. Guests are requested to ensure they have sufficient cash available to pay the staff on departure day.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3 300.00 is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival to cover any damages, breakages, or losses. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to inspection of the property.

Late check-out is strictly subject to availability and must be requested in advance. If approved, an additional charge of R1 500.00 will apply and will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Guests checking out late must depart no later than 15:00.

No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests are required to comply with the estate rules applicable to the property.

No noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Should the issue continue after a warning has been issued, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being required to vacate the property immediately without a refund for unused nights.

Guests are required to bring their own toilet paper, beach towels, drinking water, food and drinks, charcoal or briquettes, items of a personal nature, and a first aid kit.
