Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate.

The swimming pools on the estate do not have safety features. Guests use the swimming pools and associated facilities entirely at their own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of young guests, please note that no guests under the age of 25 are permitted without parental or adult supervision.

Guests are required to bring their own toilet paper, beach towels, drinking water, food and beverages, charcoal or briquettes, personal items, and a first aid kit.

The unit is serviced daily. A compulsory staff gratuity of R50.00 per day is payable for the housekeeper and maintenance staff member, who maintains the pools and cleans the braai facilities daily. This fee applies from arrival day through to departure day and should be paid in cash on departure.

A refundable breakage deposit of R10 000.00 is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to any damages, losses, or breakages.

Late check-out is available on request only and subject to availability. If approved, an additional charge of R1 500.00 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit, with check-out no later than 15:00.

Pets are not permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are prohibited. Guests are required to adhere to all estate rules during their stay. No noise is permitted between 22:00and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in a warning, forfeiture of the breakage deposit, or removal from the property without refund for unused nights.
