Guests booking Sunset Villa as a whole property will have exclusive use of all 4 units and the entire property during their stay. When individual units are booked, guests will only have access to the specific unit they have reserved, and will not have access to any of the other units or shared facilities within other units, as these may be occupied by other guests. This applies to all individual units, including Bubbles 1 and 2, Top of the World, and Anything Can Happen.

This upstairs unit can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are air-conditioned throughout. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of a shared bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, chest freezer, industrial double-door fridge, cutlery, and crockery.
