Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 guests for Number 1 @ SuPaViews & 6 guests for SuPaViews.
The apartments are never rented together, so you will always have exclusive and private use of the whole deck & hot tub.
Small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement but are not permitted on any furniture or beds.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property due to the risk of wildfires.
Parties and events are not permitted, although guests are welcome to host a few visitors responsibly.
Glass items are not allowed in or around the hot tub .A variety of plastic glasses are provided for use in & around the hot tub.
There are 2 additional separate and private apartments on the premises. Guests are kindly requested to respect occupants of the other apartments, by keeping noise levels to a minimum and observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
The apartment is situated on the lower level and is accessed via a wide staircase with a handrail, consisting of approximately 15 steps.
If you are renting the 3 bedroomed apartment, the Giraffe and Zebra bedrooms are accessed via the deck.
