Swartkops River Retreat is a duplex town house for up to 8 guests, right next to the Swartkops River.
Offering 3 rooms, 2 of the rooms each have double beds, while the third has 2 bunk beds. The rooms share the use of 2 bathrooms with baths and showers, and linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove, as well as a fridge-freezer, and meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table. The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv.
Undercover braai facilities are available for use, and has lovely views of the river. Safe, undercover parking is also available in the complex.
Guests can go fishing or canoeiing, by just walking over the road, and other activities in the area include diving, surfing, hiking and 4x4 trails, as well as a variety of restaurants and lovely beaches. Guests can also visit Bird Island Lighthouse, the Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) Air Force Museum, the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino, and many more.
