Stayed for 1 hour and left. Did not feel welcomed at all. Had to get the key from security, struggled with parking. Eventually, after 45 minutes, we managed to get into the apartment and even that feeling was not a welcome feeling. If you need a place to just sleep, I will recommend it, but not when you want to enjoy Cape Town scenery.

Hello Meagan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your arrival experience was frustrating and that you didn’t feel welcomed; that’s certainly not the impression we aim to give our guests. I did attempt to contact you upon arrival, but unfortunately couldn’t reach you at the time. Regarding the parking, the building’s maintenance team had recently repainted the parking area and removed the numbering without informing us, as they planned to restore it after the holidays. Once this was brought to our attention, we immediately investigated the issue and have since updated our check-in instructions to make parking easier to locate. The matter has now been resolved. With respect to the views, the apartment offers city, mountain, and ocean views from all rooms, except the bathroom. However, I understand that expectations can differ, and I’m sorry if the scenery did not align with what you were hoping for. Once again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced, particularly during check-in.
