Views for days! Views, views, views. If that is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you. It was clean and has all the facilities you would need for a wonderful stay. The host was friendly and attentive.

Since it was with my grandchild, it was fantastic. Accommodation was very nice and met all the requirements but the contact to get in upon arrival was a problem. Firstly I was contacted on Whatsapp by a person who was not Nyakalo but a lady who wanted my ID etc. I communicated with Eduardo about this by phone and email. Not satisfied with this. Furthermore upon arrival we did not receive any directions to where we were staying, so the gatekeeper could not let us in. After I had to make contact a whatsapp message was sent with where we would stay and park - with the note - it was forgotten to send. This is unacceptable. The accommodation was good. Also they call it Table Mountain Escape but it is Disa Park where the GPS takes you which is confusing.

Daar is, nadat ek moes kontak maak 'n whatsapp boodskap gestuur met waar ons sou bly en parkeer - met die nota - dis vergeet om te stuur. Dis onaanvaarbaar. Die verblyf was goed. Ook noem hul dit Table Mountain Escape maar dit Disa Park waarheen die gps jou neem wat verwarrend is.

Without a doubt one of the best listings across all forums. I don't know the apartment Megan reviewed (previous guest) but it definitely could not have been the same one I just checked out of because this was my 4th stay and I can say with complete confidence; with over 190 bookings across all forums; that this unit is one of the best units I have stayed in thus far. The check-in is hassle-free with clear, easy-to-read instructions, the place is spotless, well equipped, beautifully decorated and the views are like no other! I have to make special mention too of the security personnel who truly go out of their way to be friendly and ensure one feels safe. I overheard one of the guards speaking fluent French when checking another guest in and then answered a call in Xhosa and spoke to me in English. He is fluent in 8 languages and such a warm, lovely person. My hosts too were super attentive, responding immediately to my messages and were extremely accommodating. I am in love with this apartment so much so that I was hesitant to review, afraid that it may not be available for my next visit now.

Stayed for 1 hour and left. Did not feel welcomed at all. Had to get the key from security, struggled with parking. Eventually, after 45 minutes, we managed to get into the apartment and even that feeling was not a welcome feeling. If you need a place to just sleep, I will recommend it, but not when you want to enjoy Cape Town scenery.

I’m truly sorry that your arrival experience was frustrating and that you didn’t feel welcomed; that’s certainly not the impression we aim to give our guests. I did attempt to contact you upon arrival, but unfortunately couldn’t reach you at the time. Regarding the parking, the building’s maintenance team had recently repainted the parking area and removed the numbering without informing us, as they planned to restore it after the holidays. Once this was brought to our attention, we immediately investigated the issue and have since updated our check-in instructions to make parking easier to locate. The matter has now been resolved. With respect to the views, the apartment offers city, mountain, and ocean views from all rooms, except the bathroom. However, I understand that expectations can differ, and I’m sorry if the scenery did not align with what you were hoping for. Once again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced, particularly during check-in.
