House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the following house rules. Should any issues arise, please communicate directly with the host.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area is available on the balcony, equipped with a chair, table, and ashtray.
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges.
Quiet hours apply from 22:00. Please avoid loud noise or music out of consideration for neighbours.
No pets are allowed.
Guests are requested not to sit on the TV stand or bedroom dresser to avoid damage.
Hot plates or heated items may not be placed directly on the coffee table.
White towels may not be used for makeup removal or anything that could cause permanent staining. Damaged items may incur replacement charges.
Any damages should immediately be reported to the host so that a solution can be arranged.
Guests are requested to leave the apartment in a tidy condition and avoid excessive mess that may require deep cleaning.
Guests may not exceed the approved number of occupants.
Guests must not unplug or tamper with the backup power unit. Only USB-C or USB charging is permitted.
The heater is located in the master bedroom wardrobe. For safety reasons, guests are reminded to switch it off before going to sleep.
Please switch off all electronics and lights before check-out.
Late check-out may result in additional charges.
All rubbish should be disposed of in the outdoor bin before departure. The bin is located downstairs in either the left or right corner after descending the stairs.
