Breakage Deposit

The following refundable breakage deposit amounts apply:

2–3 day stays: R1,500
7–14 day stays: R3,500
Stays longer than 14 days: R5,000

Please adhere to the following guidelines. Should any issue arise during your stay, kindly communicate with the host.

No parties or events are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is available on the balcony, complete with a chair, table, and ashtray.
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests will incur extra charges.
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 onwards. Please be considerate of neighbouring residents.
No pets are allowed.
Please do not sit on the TV stand or bedroom dresser, as this may cause damage.
Do not place hot pots, pans, or heated items directly on the coffee table.
White towels may not be used for makeup removal or any activity that could result in permanent staining. Damaged items may result in additional charges.
Any damage or breakages must be reported to the host immediately so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.
Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure.
Guests may not exceed the approved number of occupants.
Do not tamper with, unplug, or alter any equipment connected to the backup power unit. Only USB-C and USB charging is permitted.
The heater is located inside the master bedroom wardrobe. For safety reasons, please switch it off before going to bed.
Ensure that all lights, appliances, and electronic devices are switched off before check-out.
Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
Before departure, please dispose of all rubbish in the outdoor refuse bin. The bin is located downstairs near the corners of the building area.
