House Rules
Please note that the Calypso Beach body corporate enforces strict security and residential regulations. To ensure compliance, all guests are required to submit valid identification documents and vehicle registration details before arrival.
Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate.
As this is a quiet residential area, parties, loud noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. The estate enforces a strict 30 km/h speed limit, and violations may result in warnings or fines.
Important Safety Notice
Please be advised that the villa contains stairs, some of which have only a single railing. Certain areas, including the bedrooms (particularly the main bedroom), do not have railings or protective barriers at sliding doors.
The swimming pool is open, ungated, and not secured with a lock. Due to the elevated layout and overall design of the property, guests are required to exercise caution at all times.
This property is not suitable for unsupervised toddlers or young children.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all minors and visitors associated with the booking.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage depositares requirebeforeto check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges apply for arrivals after 00:00.
