House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to use electricity responsibly and to switch off lights, electric blankets, and gas heaters when not in use.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Please ensure that all gates remain closed at all times. The town has free-roaming livestock, including cattle, pigs, horses, and sheep, which may enter the property and damage the garden if gates are left open.

There are no ATMs in town. Most shops and restaurants accept card payments; however, guests are encouraged to carry some cash, as card facilities may be unavailable when there is limited cellular signal. This is particularly useful on market days.

Please note that fuel is not available for purchase after 12:00 on Saturdays, or on Sundays and public holidays. Guests are advised to refuel in advance when travelling during these periods.
