Description
Situated in a nature area in Hersham in the Great Brak River, this main house offers garden surroundings and views of Mossel Bay from the living area and balcony. The property is within walking distance of the beach and a nine-hole golf course, and is 2.5 kilometres from the De Dekke business complex.
The house accommodates 5 guests, with space for a sixth guest on a sleeper couch in the living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom has a three-quarter bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge freezer and microwave, and has a separate scullery. The house has a dining area, a lounge and access to laundry facilities. Guests are asked to limit use of the laundry facilities to 3 times per week.
The property offers inside and outside braai facilities, a boma seating area and a garden. Guests have access to WiFi and DStv Premium. A section of the garden is enclosed and may be used for small, well-trained dogs, subject to prior arrangement.
Secure parking is available in a remotely controlled garage. The area has an active neighbourhood watch and offers walking routes with views over the river mouth and the sea towards Mossel Bay.
