Smoking of marijuana and cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No visitors are allowed.
Disruptive or unacceptable behaviour will result in immediate eviction.
Guests should kindly refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 08:00.
No laundry, cleaning items (buckets, mops, brooms), or refuse bags may be placed on balconies or anywhere visible from outside the building or common property.
No refuse to be left in front of the apartment door or in the fire escapes.
No alcohol will be allowed on the rooftop.
