Satisfactory. The place is decent, but this thing of having keys off site is a real inconvenience. The agent says it was communicated, but I couldn't find it clearly enough. The last thing anyone wants when they've travelled a distance and have arrived is to be told to go and fetch the keys elsewhere, even if it's not far.
