Perched on the foothills of the Helderberg mountains, The Country Guesthouse is the perfect break away for any holiday and great for families and friends or just a romantic weekend away. 96 Winery Road Restaurant on site walking distance from all our rooms just 12 kilometres from Stellenbosch and easy access to the N2 to travel to and from the Cape Town International Airport.
The comfortable accommodation comprises 13 rooms including the Manor House with several independent suites and cottages that overlook the vineyards, the beautiful garden and the dam.
The Country Guesthouse is also very popular for their 96 Winery Road Restuarant and for small intimate weddings, it is the perfect location for any event. Fifty-year-old trees line the ceremonial path to The Chapel’s authentic wooden doors. The hand-painted mural on the ceiling is a phenomenon to behold. Wooden pews line the aisle on both sides and can seat up to 60 guests.
