Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Guest Policy

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 baby or toddler

No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

No Pets Allowed

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

You may smoke outside in designated areas — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

No Parties or Events

No loud music, parties, or events are allowed.

Use of Space and Amenities

The unit includes a bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom (shower only), garden, braai area, Wi-Fi, fresh towels and linen, and parking.

Please treat the space and amenities with care.

Cleaning Policy

A cleaning fee applies to short stays.

For bookings of 1 month or longer, a cleaner will be provided once a week at no additional charge.
Please note: the cleaner will not do your personal laundry or ironing.

Guests are kindly asked to leave the unit in a tidy condition and wash any used dishes before check-out.

Longer Stays

If you would like to extend your stay, please do so at least 2 days before your current check-out date.

Extensions are subject to availability.

Safety & Responsibility

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the garden or near the braai.

Please report any accidental damage or breakages immediately. Significant damage may be charged.
