The Edge offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in the lower level of a spacious home, ideally situated in the peaceful coastal village of Franskraal, just a short walk from the sea.
Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the property features three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer two single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay, including a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. The home also boasts two spacious living areas and a dining room, providing plenty of room for families and friends to unwind. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a selection of books, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Step outside and enjoy the large braai area, perfect for outdoor dining. The balcony offers partial sea views, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh ocean air and coastal surroundings. During the warmer summer months, a small portable swimming pool is available in the garden for guests to enjoy.
Secure undercover parking is provided for one vehicle, with additional parking available in the designated parking area adjacent to the house.
Please note that the upper level of the property serves as the private residence of the owners. They are only occasionally present in Franskraal, ensuring guests can enjoy a peaceful and private stay.
