Respect the Space
Please treat our home as you would your own home.
No rearranging furniture or adding decor.
Please note a R6500 damage deposit will be requested on arrival and refunded 48 hours after departure should there be no damages.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke at the designated smoking outdoor areas only.
No Parties or Events of any kind.
This is a quiet residential area. Please, no parties, loud music, or extra visitors unless arranged in advance.
No Narcotics or Illegal Substances:
For the safety and comfort of all guests, no illegal drugs or narcotics are permitted on the property.
No Marijuana (Cannabis): Our property is strictly a no-marijuana zone, both indoors and outdoors.
No Illegal Downloads: Please do not use the WiFi for illegal downloads, streaming, or any activities that could violate copyright laws or affect our network security.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. If you’d like to invite someone over, please note that no additional people will be able to sleep at the house. No third party bookings allowed.
Quiet Hours
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbours and other guests on the property, during these hours.
No Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
Keep It Tidy
Please leave the space as you found it. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay.

Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur a fee. this is also subject to other bookings.
