No loud parties are permitted as we are located in a residential area.
Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Please note that the unit can only accommodate 3 adults. (A double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living area.)
The unit must be left clean and tidy, as it was upon arrival.
Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional daily cost, payable in cash in advance upon arrival.
