Beautiful setting. Comfortable bedding. The setting is stunning and we had the most beautiful view of the valley from our room. The beds were very comfortable and clean. But on the negative side, we found an old takeaway box in our microwave. We booked breakfast for 8:15. Staff only arrived at 8:20 to open the breakfast area. Our table that we were seated at still had dishes from the previous guests (from the day before, I would imagine). They didn't even wipe or clean the table the whole time we were there. We had to ask for clean cutlery. I made myself a cappuccino only to realise the milk was so off it looked like cream. I tried the jug of milk on the coffee table and took a big sip of yet another very sour milk! It might have been a result of management missing, as the staff was friendly and breakfast tasty - they just needed someone checking up on these small, but crucial things.

Beautiful location but disappointing service. The location and the rooms are good; however, our rooms were only ready one and a half hours after check-in. The welcoming was not great; we weren't given any hotel and stay information and were told to wait to go into the rooms. The bottled water in the rooms was not sealed and was reused. The rooms were only offered to be cleaned in the late afternoon when we were in the rooms. The service needs major improvement.
