House Rules
Road conditions: There is a 4km gravel road to reach the cottage.
Note: Linen and Towels are provided on arrival. As this is a self-catering cottage, linen is not changed during the stay, but fresh linen can be provided upon request.
A maximum of 4 guests is permitted.
No parties or loud music are allowed.
Quiet hours apply after 22:00.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pet Rules (by prior arrangement only):
Dogs only, with a maximum of 2 permitted.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Guests must bring their own pet bedding.
Pets may not be left unattended inside the cottage.
Any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or stained linen may be charged.
The cottage has a private fenced area, and sheep roam freely outside this area.
If dogs are taken beyond the fenced area, they must be kept on a leash at all times.
Chasing or disturbing livestock is strictly prohibited.
