The Lekker Plek is a private self-catering farm cottage located on a smallholding approximately 25 km from Swellendam in the Overberg. The property is surrounded by open farmland and offers a quiet countryside setting.
The cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, air fryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The open-plan living area includes a dining table, seating and a Google Smart TV.
On-site facilities include a private outdoor deck with a gazebo and seating area, a braai area and a private splash pool that can be heated during winter. The cottage is fully fenced and located on a working farm where sheep roam on the surrounding land.
The property is within driving distance of Swellendam and attractions such as Bontebok National Park, mountain drives, hiking trails and local wine farms in the surrounding area.
