Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

-This property has an inverter and a battery system. This ensures uninterrupted functionality of essential household appliances during load-shedding. Notably high-load appliances will not be operational during load-shedding, including the geyser and oven/stove.
- The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
- Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
- Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
- No smoking is allowed in the unit.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. - All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
- Please note that no payments can be made at the estate and the complex and should be settled before arrival.
- In the case of a cancellation, should the establishment be able to source another booking, they will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
- You are strictly not allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will only be signed out to the surname confirmed with the agent.
