A beautiful, cozy retreat that instantly feels like home the moment you walk through the door. Perfect for a single traveller, a couple, or even a couple with two children, the house has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it both practical and incredibly charming. All kitchen equipment is provided, and even the toiletries and everyday essentials are included, which makes the stay feel effortless and wonderfully cared for. What made this place especially magical was the warmth and care that radiates through the home itself. The owner is exceptionally kind, welcoming, caring, and always quick to respond and assist. Her talent as an interior artist shines through every corner of the house. Staying there felt like being wrapped in a warm embrace. Honestly, it felt like stepping into a dreamlike little dollhouse, something out of a Mary Poppins movie, full of comfort, beauty, and gentle charm. I stayed during wintertime, with heavy storms outside, and yet the house felt so safe, peaceful, and wonderfully cozy. There is access to two lovely gardens, which made the stay even more special. Everything was effortless from beginning to end. A very special thank you as well to the housekeeper, who is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she is always happy to assist with any request with genuine kindness and care. Despite feeling like a peaceful retreat away from the world, the location is also perfect — close to shops, malls, and lovely restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Thank you so much for all your love, care, and for sharing this beautiful place. I truly felt blessed to spend 10 days in this wonderful retreat, and I will carry the warmth of this experience with me for a very long time. Will definitely book again for my next stay in Cape Town!
