Check-out by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and prior arrangement.

* Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
No unregistered overnight visitors without prior approval.

* Respect for Neighbours
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No parties, events, or excessive noise.
Please be considerate of residents and neighbours at all times.

* Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, where applicable.

* Safety & Security
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
Do not share access codes, security codes, or lockbox codes with anyone.

* Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

* Air Conditioning & Electricity
Switch off air conditioners, lights, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
Keep doors and windows closed when air conditioning is in use.

* Kitchen
Please use the extractor fan when cooking.
Wash dishes or place them neatly in the sink before departure.
Dispose of food waste appropriately.

* Furniture & Property Care
Please do not move furniture without permission.
Do not remove towels, linen, or apartment items from the property.
Any breakages should be reported promptly.

* Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional charge.
Guests staying longer than three nights may request servicing in advance.

* Pets
No pets allowed unless specifically approved in writing.
