The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Rates are per person per night.
Only the guests paid for in the booking are allowed to stay overnight, and the number of guests must match the details provided at the time of booking.
Visiting guests are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval from the host.
Any unapproved additional guests will incur extra charges per night, in accordance with the property rate.
The host reserves the right to deny entry or ask unregistered guests to leave.
Guests must inform the host in advance of any changes to the number of guests staying.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
Please note that loud noise or loud music is not permitted on the premises at all.
Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
