The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a three-quarter bed, and a tri-bunk with a queen-size bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. The second bathroom is separate and fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area offers comfortable seating and opens onto a patio with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai facilities. Additional on-site amenities include a swimming pool, mini golf, pool table, and darts. Secure parking is provided on the premises.

Check-out: Before 10:00
Please arrange in advance if late check-in is required.

2. Guests
Only the number of guests as per the booking is allowed.
No extra visitors or overnight guests without prior permission.

3. Noise & Tranquility
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00
Please respect other guests and the peaceful farm environment.
No loud music or parties.

4. Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas.
Please dispose of cigarette butts safely.

5. Pets
Pets only with prior approval.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Owners are responsible for any damage or mess caused.

6. Self-Catering Responsibility
This is a self-catering house.
Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen tidy.
Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.

7. Braai & Swimming Pool
Braai only in designated areas.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Children must be supervised at all times at the swimming pool.
Use of the pool is at your own risk.

8. Property & Damage
Please treat the house and its contents with care.
Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
Guests may be held liable for damages.

9. Keys & Security
Please lock doors and gates when leaving the property.
Lost keys will be charged.

10. General
No illegal activities are permitted.
Management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
