The Post House Hotel is a luxurious boutique hotel located approximately 130 km from Cape Town in the beautiful Overberg region.
Accommodation is offered in a variety of rooms that can accommodate between 2 and 4 guests. Each room is furnished with either a king-size or a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath. All rooms include air-conditioning, an electronic safe, a bar fridge with water, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, and a toaster. Wi-Fi is also available.
The hotel features communal lounge areas, a coffee room, a wedding venue, an outdoor swimming pool, and an authentic Country Pub. Secure parking is available on the premises.
Originally built in 1860, The Post House Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Greyton. It was once used as a trading post and accommodation for weary travellers. The main building also houses a pub that is known as the filming location of a Bells Whisky advertisement. At one time, the building also served as Greyton’s post office.
