- Housekeeper (Monday - Friday 8 am- 4.30 pm and Saturday/Sunday 8 am - 1 pm, except for Public Holidays.)
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels; all other linen is provided
No TV is available; a satellite connection is in place, should guests wish to bring or hire their own decoder and TV
Arrival and departure times vary depending on booking type and will be confirmed upon enquiry
The property caters primarily to family stays; adult-only group bookings are subject to approval, and party composition must be disclosed
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed on the booking; overcrowding is not permitted
Visitors are permitted in moderation; excessive or frequent visitors may affect the breakage deposit
Social events, including parties and similar gatherings, are subject to prior agreement and written approval
The property is located in a residential area; noise and music must remain at a reasonable and considerate level, with quiet hours observed in the evening
Water usage is subject to local restrictions; external hoses or similar usage for activities such as vehicle washing is not permitted
No slaughtering of animals is permitted on the premises
Pets are not permitted, regardless of size or training
Items belonging to the property, including kitchen utensils, must remain on the premises
The property operates on a self-catering basis; consumables such as toiletries and cleaning supplies are for guest provision
