Exceptional guest house, The Restio. We had such a wonderful stay at The Restio. A surprise birthday getaway from my husband. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. One host went above and beyond and organised a candlelit dinner with dinner of my choice for my birthday. She had also baked the most delicious chocolate cake and even gave me a piece for when I left. The location was convenient and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout our stay. Mocca and her sister, the beautiful fur babies, were so gentle and loving. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Modern outside with a lovely restored inside. Lovely old house with large rooms. It is on the main road of Napier, which is convenient as that is where everything is centred. However, during the day, I saw many large trucks passing through the town. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but it wasn't.
