Please note: If any of the following rules are broken, a warning will be issued. Continued non-compliance will result in a fine.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment.
No visitors are allowed at any time.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests who behave unacceptably will be asked to vacate the apartment.
Please respect quiet hours between 22h00 and 08h00.
No laundry may be hung on balconies or anywhere it is visible from outside the building.
This also applies to items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags.
Please use the refuse room located on the 3rd floor.
Do not leave refuse bags outside your apartment door or in the fire escape areas.
No alcohol is allowed on the rooftop.
Rooftop hours are from 06h00 to 21h00.
There is a gym located in the building, and guests who wish to use the facility can do so by paying a daily membership fee, which must be arranged directly with the gym.
