Smoking of cigarettes is strictly prohibited.

Social gatherings are not allowed.
Occupants are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with acceptable social standards.
Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Any disruptive behaviour may result in guests being asked to vacate the premises.
Laundry may not be hung on balconies or in any area where it is visible from outside the building or from other units.
Items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags may not be stored or displayed on balconies or in visible areas.
The refuse room is located on the 3rd floor.
Refuse may not be left in front of the apartment door or in stairwells/fire escapes.
Alcohol is not permitted on the rooftop area.
The rooftop may be used daily between 06:00 and 21:00.
