House Rules
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. For check-ins after 18:00, an after-hours arrival fee of R350.00 applies. Parties, loud noises, shouting, or other activities that may disturb other tenants in the building are not tolerated. Guests who cannot provide a reasonable explanation for a complaint may be asked to vacate the property immediately. All visitors must leave the apartment by 22:00 at the latest.
This is a no-smoking property. Electricity is provided during the stay and should be used responsibly, as excessive usage will be for the guest’s own account. Pets are not allowed. The total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless otherwise agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of, and dishes washed, before departure. Apartments left excessively dirty will incur an additional cleaning fee. For stays longer than 28 nights, a refundable security deposit of R3000.00 is required.
