Peaceful, safe and most relaxing spacious cottage - value for money, great hosts! Great host, beautiful well-maintained cottage with all accessories and a large gas stove! The views, the open space, and absolute peace and safety made for a wonderful stay. Thanks to Rick for all the pointers and for being such wonderful hosts - will be back, heartfelt thank you!

Dis 'n plek waar mens kan rus. Omgewing is ongelooflik mooi. Ons het so lekker gebly, baie dankie. Lekker geriewe en plaaskombuis met alles wat jy nodig het. Baie boeke en board games. Heerlik en mens rus baie lekker.

Great stay, great cows. Had a great stay on the way to a trail run. We travelled as 4 people and had plenty of space for ourselves. Great conversation with Rick! Learned a lot about cow farming and good wine. It was nice having a fireplace available as it gets quite cold at night. The beds also had electric mattresses but we never used them; the rooms and beds are very warm as is. Be aware that there are working dogs walking around.

Lovely farm stay with a beautiful river close by. Such a lovely recharge for the family. Dog friendly with a beautiful, large fenced garden. The river is a short drive from the cottage (recommended for a high clearance vehicle). A highlight was spending time at the river floating down on inflatables/canoes. The waterfall is spectacular and is accessible for viewing by car from the cottage. Perfect for a sundowner spot on the flat rocks. Very friendly and accommodating host with the friendliest dogs who wandered across to the cottage to say hi. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Loved the dishwasher!
