Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security purposes, guests are required to provide their full names, identification details, information regarding any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and their estimated arrival time prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to provide it in advance may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount may vary depending on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, guests may be required to reimburse the additional cost.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 PM and 00:00 AM, payable in cash directly to the host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00 AM, a fee of R350 will apply.
