House Rules

Please note: The accommodation is accessed via stairs and/or has stairs inside, and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or guests with disabilities.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Noise: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00 out of respect for our neighbours.

No parties or events: This is a peaceful home, and large gatherings or parties are not permitted. Please request approval from the host should you wish to arrange a special event.

Maximum occupancy: The house accommodates a maximum of six guests.

Safety Rules

No unauthorised visitors after 23:00.

Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.

No open flames: Candles and other open flames are not permitted for safety reasons.

General Rules

Keep it clean: Please treat the house with care and leave it in the same condition as you found it.

Damage policy: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Significant damage may result in additional charges.
