House Rules
This property maintains a strict non-smoking policy indoors, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Guests should not leave pets unattended. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. The property has a fenced area for pets, and guests are requested to bring their own pet bedding and blankets.
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children. No unregistered visitors are allowed.
Parties, loud music, and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 08h00.
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Damages may be deducted from the security deposit, and major damage may result in a separate claim.
Keys and remotes must be returned on departure. A replacement fee applies if they are lost or stolen.
White towels may not be taken off the premises. Coloured towels are provided for outdoor or beach use, and a separate make-up removal towel is available.
Guests are requested not to use fake tan or to rinse off sunscreen and tanning oils, as these can permanently stain the linen.
