ThelJean Cottage, set in the scenic Drakensberg Gardens area, offers charming self-catering accommodation with breathtaking views of Garden Castle and Rhino Horn. Surrounded by majestic mountains and clear rivers, this stone-faced cottage is perfect for a romantic escape or a family retreat. It is also pet friendly.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third is a spacious 6-sleeper bunk room. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, ensuring ample convenience for all guests. The main bedroom upstairs offers incredible views of Garden Castle, visible from the comfort of the bed, and features a private balcony overlooking the garden and mountain landscape. There is also a 4th bedroom / Cottage with double bed but kids can also be accommodated on bunks if required.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze. The living area comprises a dining space and a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a large fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings.

During winter, guests can enjoy cozy moments around the fire and bar area. They may even be fortunate enough to witness stunning views of snow-covered mountains or eland grazing in the garden.

In summer, guests can cool off in one of the nearby mountain pools or take part in activities such as hiking, horseback riding, golf, trout fishing, tubing, and mountain biking. The cottage is also frequented by RC plane enthusiasts given the huge lawn and thermal activity in the area.
