This Is It Apartment is located on a scenic smallholding in Tierpoort, 45 minutes from O.R. Tambo Airport, and close to several wedding venues. The unit is fully off-grid and powered 100% by solar energy, so hot water is available only in the afternoon. Guests are asked to use electricity sparingly, especially during overcast or rainy weather. Electric blankets are permitted, but electric heaters are not.

The apartment comprises 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, a pull-out sleeper couch in the living area, and a bathroom with a corner bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, induction cooker, and fridge; guests should bring their own food and drinks.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool at their own risk, and a portable braai is available. A double carport provides a sheltered braai area, and secure shaded parking is available. The bushveld setting allows for sightings of impala, blesbok, and abundant birdlife.

The property is ideal for guests en route to Kruger, Limpopo, Botswana, Zimbabwe, or Mozambique who wish to stock up on supplies. Cleaning services for stays longer than one night can be arranged on request.
