Good to excellent. I arrived before book in time , but was welcomed. Taken through my rooms. Ample space. Lots of hanging and storage space. Safety was compromised. Loose tiles on floor ,loose kitchen tap, and staircase. Beds were good quality, blankets were more than enough. Workers were approachable , and very helpful.

Relaxing stay in a comfy loft apartment. From the initial booking up until we left, the host was friendly and helpful. She was very understanding when we arrived a bit later than expected. The unit was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The stairs to access the unit are a bit tricky when wet, so definitely not recommended for very young kids or older people.
