Thukela Resorts is a beautiful Africa-style lodge situated in De Deur. The area is predominantly rural and farming is a way of life for many who reside here. An ideal getaway for couples seeking accommodation away from the city life.
Accommodation comprises 5 Chalets and 3 Rondavels. Each unit can accommodate 2 guests and is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath, basin and toilet. Other facilities include a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a TV with exclusive DStv channels.
Establishment facilities on-site include a braai area, conferencing facilities and secure parking.
Nearby attractions include The De Deur Flea Market which is held in Cross Road every Saturday, boasting a sizable number of stalls. The De Deur Auctioneers is located next to the market, for those who are interested in watching the auction of livestock and household goods after browsing through the stalls.
