Children under the age of 18 are not permitted.
Kindly note that the gates close at 6 PM from April to September, and at 7 PM from October to March. Guests arriving after these times must make prior arrangements to ensure access.
Guests should please notify the establishment beforehand if they will be arriving late. Check-ins after 19:00 have to be escorted by rangers as a protective measure for the animals.
Meals are available in Café Sabuthi on the premises. Please ensure to book 24 hours in advance.
Spa treatments are available and should be arranged in advance to avoid disappointment. Spa Treatments are to be booked 3 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required on booking. (Non-Refundable)
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
The lodge offers game drives at an additional cost, which needs to be confirmed with prior arrangements.
