Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the unit. You are welcome to smoke outside; however, please use an ashtray.
If you break or damage anything in the unit, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.
A refundable breakages deposit of R3,000 is required prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned shortly after check-out, provided everything is in order.
Please leave the unit in the same clean and tidy condition in which you found it. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of R650, which will be deducted from the breakages deposit.
If you notice any issues with the unit upon arrival, please notify Coral via WhatsApp within 1 hour of check-in and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
